To be near open water is a real treat, be it the sea, lakes or just a little puddle up in the fells. As a diver I spend a lot of time round at Wastwater, resting after a dive, watching the clouds form patterns on the lake surface is often the highlight of the dive! The shots of Loch Linnhe are from a holiday spent at The Holly Tree Inn at Kentallen. The Holly Tree has probably one of the best views from its restuarant, each night the sun set as we had dinner so I had to slip out inbetween courses to get these shots.
